My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Also, I truly felt he wasn't rushing me to find something so he could get paid. I will definitely use Dustin if I ever move again! - Justin Herron

Sylvia was supportive, professional, and extremely competent. We are a physician couple in the Salt Lake Valley. We had a very short timeline to sell our home for a cross county move. Sylvia was respectful of our time when meeting and preparing the home for sale; she offered specific, actionable advice that enabled us to sell our home quickly and for far over asking. Do not hesitate to list your home with Sylvia! She will get you a great price, without any hassle!

From our very first meeting, Felipe was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He gave us excellent advice on preparing the house, priced it perfectly, and created a marketing plan that attracted strong interest right away. Communication was outstanding, Felipe kept us updated every step of the way, answered our questions promptly, and explained everything clearly so we always felt confident in the process. His negotiation skills were top-notch, and we ended up with an offer that exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a listing agent who truly advocates for their clients and makes selling your home as smooth as possible, Felipe is the one. We would not hesitate to recommend Felipe to anyone looking to sell their home. A well-deserved 5-star rating for Felipe Pacheco!
