Tiffany made our first time buyer experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. She gave us amazing insights on the areas we were looking at in the beginning which really helped us narrow down our options. She was very accommodating to both of our schedules while getting us in to see houses, and communicated very clearly through the whole process. When it came time to place an offer on our home, she made sure we knew exactly what it was we were offering, and kept us updated over the next few days as the offer was reviewed/responded to. We landed a really great deal and could not be happier with the whole situation. We moved away prior to the sale of our house but that didn’t matter. Josh was in constant communication with us, holding open houses, working with other agents in the evenings and on weekends to ensure our deal was closed. He was very respectful of our needs and always made sure our opinion was heard and understood. If I ever sell my house again, I would use Josh again.
