We were lucky to have Tricia as our realtor after she helped other family members find their home. She was very patient showing us multiple homes while we narrowed down our search. Our toddler loved going to look at homes with her, and she was patient and very helpful with them during showings. Hand written cards were an additional touch showing her thoughtfulness. We don't foresee needing to go house shopping anytime soon, but we know we have an excellent realtor if we do.

I know multiple people that used Cameron and then when it was time for us to sell our house, he was the best choice we could have made! He knows his stuff and had been giving me advise for a long time and did everything in a very professional manner. No lies, no stories, no broken promises or fiction. Chad is an absolute legend! My girlfriend and I moved to SLC from North Carolina and we were in a tight situation to find a spot in a city we knew nothing about with only a little over a month to spare. Chad spent a couple weeks running around to properties we would find online, and after realizing that I would not be able to come see the place outside of FaceTime before purchasing, Chad fully embraced how much faith we were putting on his opinion... Having someone who was confident enough to say "this isn't right for you" even though we loved what we saw, made us that much more comfortable when we finally pulled the trigger on a condo downtown. He knew what we were looking for better than we did and I can't imagine our move going as smooth (or enjoyable) as it did without Chad behind the wheel! To top it off... this guy knows everyone so if you end up wanting to have a couple things done to your spot, Chad's got ya covered!
