Natalie did a great job of being available during the searching phase, sent us relevant listings and helped my wife have a really good experience (and this is not a category to underestimate). She is good at making deals happen and leveraging the right tools to make it easy (and even pleasant) for the sellers to agree to the terms. I feel like she would be a good sellers agent too - we just experienced the buying side. Took less than 2 months all said and done and we appreciated how Natalie showed up every step of the way.

Cade did a great job! He helped us sell our home and purchase a new one as well. He was very knowledgeable about how the market was and how it was trending as well. He always offered very accurate and safe advice. There’s no doubt we have the house we wanted because of his advice. The whole process was very low pressure. Cade would always offer his insite, but always go with whatever my decision was. Cade is a very honest realtor to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a great experience.

Trevor was professional and very helpful. He was willing to spend Memorial day weekend helping us buy our first home. He did his work and lined out 11 homes to see between Saturday and Monday. We found the house we wanted on that Monday which was the 7th of the 11 we saw. He informed us the house had two other offers and we needed to make an offer by 8:00pm we saw the last house at 6:30pm. He gave us his advice on what we should offer. I had a different view and he was very respectful and professional with my view. Our offer was accepted and we closed 41days later. Trevor was great at negotiating and getting me what I wanted done before we closed. For our first home is went so easy he was on top of everything talking with our loan officer. He is a great asset to have on your team. I will be using Trevor again and recommend everyone to work with him.

We could not have asked for a better agent than Shandon. 2017 is a fierce seller's market in Utah, but Shandon helped us secure a contract and the necessary repairs (e.g., roof replacement, electrical upgrades, washer/dryer) for a beautiful home. Shandon's experience in construction management is extremely helpful -- he can walk you through a home and know exactly what looks good, bad, or salvageable in a structure (helped us avoid a deceptively bad foundation and another home with hidden water damage). Shandon is one of the most conscientious and professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. We felt zero pressure, he became very in-tune with our preferences, and he was always very quick to respond to calls, text, and email. He asks great questions throughout the buying process to pinpoint what you're looking for and, as our preferences evolved over a couple weeks, he was happy to accommodate. If we move again in the future, I will definitely be relying on Shandon and he's the first I'll recommend to friends and family.
