She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

Sarai dealt with a difficult and discouraging situation over the last 2 years or more and she did not give up on us! My 2 sisters in law & I were trying to sell 2 vacant lots in Vernal. We all live in the Salt Lake City area, so we relied on Sarai to keep us posted on whatever was going on, which she did. On 2 separate occasions we had 2 different potential buyers interested in the vacant lots, however the deals fell through due to issues with a neighbor who lived adjacent to the vacant lots.
