This was our first time buying a house and we had no idea what to do. We called Susan and she got the ball rolling for us very quickly. She is very personable. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the process of buying the house, the area, and the homes. She was on point!! She was always ready to help with what ever we needed. Sarai dealt with a difficult and discouraging situation over the last 2 years or more and she did not give up on us! My 2 sisters in law & I were trying to sell 2 vacant lots in Vernal. We all live in the Salt Lake City area, so we relied on Sarai to keep us posted on whatever was going on, which she did. On 2 separate occasions we had 2 different potential buyers interested in the vacant lots, however the deals fell through due to issues with a neighbor who lived adjacent to the vacant lots. Whenever anyone looked at our vacant lots, this neighbor discouraged the prospective buyers from building a home there. It became obvious that he did not want anyone to build next door to his home. Sarai is knowledgeable about the area and knows how to network, so when she found out this particular neighbor had moved, she contacted us and we moved forward again.
