When my husband and I decided to sell our Ogden UT home, we wanted to go with an agency that didn't adhere to the traditional 6% real estate fee so we called around and left messages (it was Memorial Day weekend). Brandon responded the same day! We didn't know what to expect with this flat fee approach but he walked us through the steps, kept us informed along the way. We settled on a listing price that resulted in 12 or 15 showings (I lost track!) within 2.5 days and multiple offers above the listing price by the end of the 3rd day of listing. We were under contract within a week of listing the house! I can't say enough about how responsive Brandon was, not only to us, but also to all of the seller agents so that a great flow through on the viewings was maintained. I would highly recommend Brandon...minimum fee, offers higher than listing, and phenomenal responsiveness. (Thank you Brandon! (and thanks for helping with the Sellers 'to do' list as well))!

Ana was very knowledgable about the Salt Lake market and was willing and ready to help answer all of my questions as a first timer. She is professional, reliable and gave me a great experience with finding my first place; if a friend were looking for a realtor in the Salt Lake Valley, I would reccomend they look into working with her.

Kevin has helped me buy and sell two homes. He does homework to ensure the price is right for the market. My last home sale was in a niche market- not for everyone. It was priced right and well advertised. It was under contract in 10 days. He helped with staging for the best first impression. Purchase was smooth and both sell and purchase closings coordinated perfectly.

Raquel was recommended to us when we started looking to buy a home in Utah, and was a wonderful agent. So, when we made the decision to sell a few years later, she was our first call. She is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the process a whole lot easier.

I can’t speak highly enough of Heather as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and overall the best agent we've ever had!
