Jeff is a true professional. He patiently worked with us over a four year period of time to find the right property. He was always patient, informative and willing to do any research needed. Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.
