Great experience with Eric Moss. Very knowledgeable in all areas of selling our existing home and purchasing our new home. He is very easy to work with and stays on top of all the details. He responds to calls 24-7 and follows up on issues quickly. He has great connections with mortgage lending, home inspections, title work and moving. Ashley Park is a dream agent and I'll sing her praises for life! I've used two agents previously and she was by far the best. She made buying a project house seem manageable, and knew what estimates we could expect for each project that we needed to complete. Oh, and had contacts for everything imaginable. I never could have taken on such an undertaking without her help, which I should mention hasn't ended. She has gone above and beyond more than anyone I've ever know. As for selling our home, she made the process far easier than I expected. Not only did she send a handyman to help, she staged the home for us. It made the entire process far less stressful than past experiences. She's truly the best at what she does.

Chad is an absolute legend! My girlfriend and I moved to SLC from North Carolina and we were in a tight situation to find a spot in a city we knew nothing about with only a little over a month to spare. Chad spent a couple weeks running around to properties we would find online, and after realizing that I would not be able to come see the place outside of FaceTime before purchasing, Chad fully embraced how much faith we were putting on his opinion... Having someone who was confident enough to say "this isn't right for you" even though we loved what we saw, made us that much more comfortable when we finally pulled the trigger on a condo downtown. He knew what we were looking for better than we did and I can't imagine our move going as smooth (or enjoyable) as it did without Chad behind the wheel! To top it off... this guy knows everyone so if you end up wanting to have a couple things done to your spot, Chad's got ya covered!
