We talked with several agents over about one year as we grew close to putting our house on the market. When it came time, we choose Debbie. She is very genuine and made the process so easy. She knew what items needed to be touched up and what did not. She is easy to contact and quick to get back to you at anytime. She had our windows cleaned for us and our house had a lot of windows. She also gave us great contacts for painters, stagers, etc... all making the process smooth and quick. I joked at times and said Debbie is my phycologist/relator as I needed reassurance about selling our home during a Pandemic! But she did it, quick and painless. When my husband and I decided to sell our Ogden UT home, we wanted to go with an agency that didn't adhere to the traditional 6% real estate fee so we called around and left messages (it was Memorial Day weekend). Brandon responded the same day! We didn't know what to expect with this flat fee approach but he walked us through the steps, kept us informed along the way. We settled on a listing price that resulted in 12 or 15 showings (I lost track!) within 2.5 days and multiple offers above the listing price by the end of the 3rd day of listing. We were under contract within a week of listing the house!
