Had issues with the bank with closing being pushed back multiple times, due to a mess with paperwork. She went to bat for me, on the phone with bank managers and fight for me to close sooner and kero the settle happy. After the home was bought, Jennifer still follows up to make sure everything is going well and has another bank of resourses for you to help settle into the home.
