Smith and Winchester were recommended to us by our insurance agent. We didn’t know them but after meeting them one time we were sure they were the best fit for us! And they did not disappoint! They helped us find vendors to get the house ready to sell, then they spent their precious time meeting with these vendors and staying at the house while their services were performed! Once the house was ready they came in and lightly staged the house with their own items. Then we put it on the market on a Thursday, had 2 open houses on Saturday & Sunday, and by Tuesday we had three offers!
