We were lucky enough to work with Marissa Bishop on the recent sale of our home! We cannot overstate how amazing she is. DeeAnn was amazing. She was very patient with us while we were searching for a house. She assessed our requirements fairly quickly and steered us in the right direction. DeeAnn always made herself available to look at properties and even met us at the house we ultimately purchased on the way back from a family trip. She was prepared and did research on any property that we looked at and often scouted the property before we viewed it. She performed market research to ensure that the pricing was competitive. We used DeeAnn to both purchase our current home which we love and to sell the home we moved from. On the house that we sold, we followed DeeAnn's advice on decluttering, painting and staging and we had an offer on the house within several days of putting it on the market. We closed on the house a couple of weeks later. DeeAnn is a very professional and smart about how she helps clients buys and sells home.
