They demonstrated thorough knowlege of the housing market and made fact based recommendations about pricing and marketing. Open houses were scheduled strategically. They went above and beyond their duties in making sure the prospective buyer's questions were answered. They referred other companies such as movers and estate sale experts that provided excellent service. It would have been extremely difficult to find them on our own.
