Real estate teams in Georgetown

Chrystal Pardue recently helped me find my forever home and was absolutely amazing. I had actually met her 3 years ago when I was looking for an agent to sell my old home when I moved out of state and contacted her again 6 months ago when wanting to find a short term rental to move back to the Austin area while trying to find my perfect new home. As someone that browsed the housing market listings on daily basis for over a year, I didn't know if I would ever find a new home in my price range with very particular specifications of what I was wanting in the location I wanted. It didn't take Chrystal long to know my likes and dislikes, before finding, offering, negotiating, and signing a contract on new home. Definitely a realtor you want on your side of negotiations! After signing the contract, she was still there every step of the way assisting and answering any questions I had until closing on home. Even after moving in, she checked in on me to see how everything was going and still assisting as needed. Hopefully I won't need any realtor services in the foreseeable future, but I would choose Chrystal Pardue every time and will definitely recommend to any of my friends, family, and co-workers.

We moved from out of town and Lauren was beyond helpful and willing to facetime us at all the walk throughs we had remotely. When we made trips out, she cleared her schedule just to drive us through the different areas, neighborhoods and schools. She was very knowledgeable of the areas, held our hands and guided us every step of the way. We explained what we were looking for and she delivered above and beyond all of our expectations. Lauren was kind, honest and over the top helpful. We can't thank her enough for going the extra distance to help us find our dreamhouse! We'd recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Shea is great! We loved working with her. Very supportive and knowledgeable!

Lauren helped a coworker of mine find his dream home and with all the positive feedback I would hear from him I knew as a first time home buyer that I wanted to work her! Lauren quickly reached out to me and we set up our first initial phone call we discussed my likes, dislikes, wants, and needs she was so understanding and thoroughly listened to what I was looking for. When it came to the home search she worked with me as we looked through many, many houses until we found the one. Her fast response to all things truly was so helpful and reassuring. Lauren was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her in the future.
