We bought our new home before selling our existing home. Jaymes recommended we have a house inspection done and needed work completed prior to putting the house on the market for sale. We did so and the end result was that the buyers were able to read the inspection and see the work completed. Jaymes also suggested an open house be held on day one of the house going on the market. This approach rendered multiple offers on day two. Closing was on day 33!
