Rick Baker has been VERY helpful for all of my investment properties. I met him years ago when I had a very bad tenant who was always late and always a problem. I decided to let Rick handle that rental and it was a PERFECT outcome. Rick listed the home for lease and one application came in and I did not want to take the tenant and Rick showed me a number of factors that convinced me to accept the tenant. So I had Rick list the home for lease again and screen the potential tenants and he came up with an even BETTER tenant. That tenant signed a FOUR year lease with rent increases and maintains the home and yards like it is her own property.
