To say Rick Baker has been a blessing to our family is an understatement! We were referred to him through the Dave Ramsey Trusted Local Pros system. We reached out in hopes he could guide us through the decision of selling our home or not while buying a new one. He took us out to dinner and shared some of his wealth of knowledge on real estate investing & his idea of never selling.
