Elicia Linton did an open house near my daughter's home when they met. That was fortunate. Elicia worked with us and our daughter for well over a year. She kept us moving when we were too discouraged to continue looking without being pushy. She quietly kept our goal in front of us and never tried to lead us elsewhere. She understood what was important to us. And when we were so discouraged, she was not. Then she found a property and helped us realize why it was good. Elicia kept us going thru a long negotiation. We are pleased with our purchase and look forward to making it our home.

We had seen a house online to check out and Laura was the realtor for the property, she was very responsive and got us in the next day, we fell in love with the home and property and we hired her on the driveway of that property and asked her to sell our property about 2 hours away and she agreed. She came to our home the next day and we got right to work. With in 2 weeks of our property being on line, we were under contract. Amazing! It fell through, but Laura was smart and she had other interested parties looking at our home within days, and then we were under contract again and this one was the winner. Laura had a lot on her plate for sure, selling the property to us, selling other properties and orchestrating them all to close on the same day! 3 closings in one day she did and it was great She never left a stone unturned, she knew all the right people to call and get things moving quickly, she was very responsive to texts and emails and phone calls. To us she seemed super human how she did it all. She scheduled inspections on all the homes, she had the best title people and mortgage people who were also very responsive. We truly didn't have to sit around and wait, things move fast. Time line for all of this was 2 months maybe shorter. Incredible. . Ive met many realtors in my life and Laura was truly meant to do this for us and many others. We need more people like her out in the world. She helped turn our dream into a reality and we cant thank her enough

I contacted Gwen a few months before my wife and I came out to Florida to look for land. It was a random call to a random realtor who turned out to be the best realtor we've ever had! She maintained contact with us prior to looking and then showed up 100% prepared! It only took us half a day to find our Piece of Heaven but I'm sure she would have spent weeks or months until she found us the perfect place for us. Gwen is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to knowing the area. When we are ready to look for more land in the area we will definitely be contacting Gwen again!

This was my third time buying a house and this time around was definitely the biggest headache, mainly due to the laws regarding real estate have changed significantly since my last time purchasing. With that said, Amanda did a very good job making the process as stress free as possible. Even after the purchase of this home, she has still hung in there for us and has helped us with other issues not pertaining to our purchase. No words can express how much of a help Amanda was throughout the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was at a complete lost as to where to start or who to even start with. Finding her through Facebook was the best kind of luck. She jumped right in and helped me through it all. Through late evening calls to first morning text messages. She never made me feel like I was a bother or a problem. Through no fault of hers we did have set backs but not once did she let me get discharged or depressed about it.
