The setup was masterful, taking pictures and writing up a description of the property for the realty add was right on the money.

I think buyers are receptive to Candice because she is confident in her job but not pushy. Being a new seller, I was afraid she would be bothered with all of my questions, but she was very patient and answered every question. Even when we ran into a few glitches (not realtor related) she helped us resolve them.

Candice handled my sale very quickly helping with any problems I might have had including handling the the clean out of the property.
