We found Grechen after we been had a bad experience with our previous realtor. She was take over and found a good us a tenant quickly and find us another one to purchase as quick and smoothly. Anytime we had any questions, she provided the answers or feed back within a hour. Grechen is full energy, quick respond, lovely to work with very helpful. We highly recommend her to everyone I know who need.

I was working with Sharon Williams from February to September 2016. I have to admit that during this time the real estate market faced some challenges such as low inventory and high number of buyers. Sharon has helped me to overcome both challenges by reacting immediately every time new property went on the market. This gave me the significant advantage over other buyers as I could see the place first and submit my offer in less than 24 hours after the property hit the market. She makes herself totally available to her client (me) making sure that great opportunity won’t be missed. In addition, what makes me stay and continue working with Sharon over 6 months is her great personality, friendliness and patience, which is very important in a good real estate agent. I would defiantly recommend Sharon to all my friends and family going forward. Thank you Sharon for all your good work!
