My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. I would highly recommend Annie Wachtel to anyone looking to sell their home. The best of the best...hands down.

Annie is a top-notch realtor who came highly recommended to us, and she did not disappoint. We made the right choice choosing Connie to be our agent. She did an amazing job from start to finish. Not once did we feel pressured or put into a situation we were uncomfortable with. Connie wasn’t just looking to make a quick sale. She used her knowledge and experience as a realtor to help us keep an eye out for things we wanted in a home as well as things to stay away from or be cautious of. Connie was always a phone call or text away to help answer any questions and keep us in the loop throughout the process. Connie is an excellent negotiator who always kept our best interests. I highly recommend Connie if you’re looking to buy or sell a house.

Nick worked with me throughout the process of purchasing my first home. It was a long process due to the chaotic market around Boston. I ended up in Medford and cannot be happier with the services he provided. He stuck with me through a very trying time, in which I was outbid several times - most homes I put an offer on ended up selling for WAY over asking (and typically with waived inspections). None of this deterred Nick. He was always responsive and available for questions - being a first time home buyer I had plenty of them, but not once did he make me feel like I was asking a "stupid" question. He knows a lot about the home buying process and is a great agent. Will definitely be using him for future purchases.
