My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. We made the right choice choosing Connie to be our agent. She did an amazing job from start to finish. Not once did we feel pressured or put into a situation we were uncomfortable with. Connie wasn’t just looking to make a quick sale. She used her knowledge and experience as a realtor to help us keep an eye out for things we wanted in a home as well as things to stay away from or be cautious of. Connie was always a phone call or text away to help answer any questions and keep us in the loop throughout the process. Connie is an excellent negotiator who always kept our best interests. Nick worked with me throughout the process of purchasing my first home. It was a long process due to the chaotic market around Boston. I ended up in Medford and cannot be happier with the services he provided. He stuck with me through a very trying time, in which I was outbid several times - most homes I put an offer on ended up selling for WAY over asking (and typically with waived inspections). None of this deterred Nick. He was always responsive and available for questions - being a first time home buyer I had plenty of them, but not once did he make me feel like I was asking a "stupid" question. He knows a lot about the home buying process and is a great agent. Will definitely be using him for future purchases.

Amnie was a great real estate agent and made the house buying process far less stressful. she understands the local market completely and has lived in the area her whole life. She covers all aspects of the house buying process including providing reputable lawyers and financing contacts. She understands which houses could be lemons(e.g in flood zones, etc) and has a fairly strong grasp of what their fair values should be.She was great during the negotiation process and provided spot on advice, I think i got a great price in the end.

Kristin made finding our dream home so easy! She came highly recommended by several friends and family in the North Shore. Her professionalism in the business along with her knowledge of certain neighborhoods made our house hunting so effortless. She carefully chose houses for my husband and I to see that stayed in within our price range and had several items on our wish list. She worked with our schedule and was very patient and flexible with us. When we found a house that we really loved, she gave us her honest opinion that it wouldn’t last long and that we should move fast or we would lose it. Her intuition was correct because there were several offers on the house that we ended up making our home. I was working with Sharon Williams from February to September 2016. I have to admit that during this time the real estate market faced some challenges such as low inventory and high number of buyers. Sharon has helped me to overcome both challenges by reacting immediately every time new property went on the market. This gave me the significant advantage over other buyers as I could see the place first and submit my offer in less than 24 hours after the property hit the market. Paula recently helped us sell our house, and buy a new house. We have three young children, so the experience could have been very stressful, but it was far from that. Paula is very professional and told us right away what to expect, and how to get our house ready to sell. She sold our house in two days. The whole experience was a breeze.
