My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. Annie is a top-notch realtor who came highly recommended to us, and she did not disappoint. Amnie was a great real estate agent and made the house buying process far less stressful. she understands the local market completely and has lived in the area her whole life. She covers all aspects of the house buying process including providing reputable lawyers and financing contacts. She understands which houses could be lemons(e.g in flood zones, etc) and has a fairly strong grasp of what their fair values should be.She was great during the negotiation process and provided spot on advice, I think i got a great price in the end.

As newcomers to the area with 2 young children Annie was extremely helpful. She dedicated a lot of time to us because she truly cared about finding us the right home and not just selling us a house. She expertly guided us through a very competitive housing market and was right there by our side until every last detail was sorted out. She is now more than a realtor to us. She is a trusted friend.
