Rita Lu is amazing. Have bought & sold homes but I've never worked with anyone like her before. She knows all the legal bits of contracts & can totally protect and advise a client. She knows the markets in Boston/Back Bay/Beacon Hill/Waterfront etc, and surrounding towns, and can guide you to what's best for you. She has the most integrity of anyone you'll ever meet. You can trust everything she says. She's totally practical and clear; you'll never be in the dark about details. She cares about her clients and is always responsive. And if you hit tough times in a transaction (I have) she's always there. She's paying attention. Plus she's warm and efficient and great to know. You'll be in totally efficient safe hands.
