Out of the blue my husband said he was ready to downsize. A few days later.....We met Laura on a Saturday afternoon at an open house (Condo). She then came to our home on Monday to write the offer for the condo, and to list our home. (that was unexpected) She knew the value of our home better then we did. Our home was on the market by Wednesday. It was sold by Saturday! $$$ (over asking price) Thereafter she knew the process and how to handle everything, and how to guide us thru the sale of our house and the purchase of the condo.
