Amy was an excellent realtor. She was detailed, knowledgeable, available whenever and wherever we wanted to look at a house, and she made sure things got done. She was patient and tried to help us find what we were looking for, listening to our feedback and making sure we didn’t miss any obvious red flags. She also sold our house for us, and she really went above and beyond with making our house shine! We recommend her to everyone we come in contact with!
Amy has a great knowledge of pricing and what is a reasonable price to offer. She is excellent at explaining the buying process and walking you through it. She was available to answer any question that came up.

Amy Floran was amazing in helping me find a condo. She did not flag at all through my period of indecision (months), and was always happy to answer any question I had, with patience, clarity and sensitivity which was especially appreciated given my type of ADHD. There was no stress for me with her in any part of the deal. Verily, should I ever need a real estate agent again in this part of Ohio again, Amy is definitely the agent I will call.
I loved working with Amy! I am a first time home buyer and the Amy helped alleviate any worries I had about the process. She took her time to explain things throughly in a way that was easy to understand. I met Amy back in October and had the keys to my new home 98 days later!
