I live in Ohio and wanted a place on Hutchison Island. I found the place I wanted and Michele Knight was the sellers agent. She gave me all the information history of the unit. She took several videos of the property with very good detail. Setup the closing agents. Everything she did was done with with every detail in mind. I didn't travel down until closing and didn't need to. Everything was exactly as she told me it would be. Every time I called or had a question she would reply back in a timely manner. I would definitely use again to sell or buy.

I truly can’t say enough about Michele.
