If I could give Mark 10 stars I would. My family decided to move to Florida from the West Coast after doing our research. Honestly, in over 20 years of buying and selling homes, I've never worked with a realtor that didn't try to push me into the first or most expensive home I toured regardless of my needs. But Mark was different. I never felt like he was blowing smoke my way. He really wants you know what you are getting into and help you find the home that best meets your needs. He wants you to be a happy client. He is responsive, sharp, informative, persuasive and frankly a nice and funny guy. This is not a retirement gig for him nor the only thing he knows business wise. And when we finally were ready to make an offer, he did a great job with the negotiations. He was able to put us in contact with a broker and insurance guys and everything we needed to close on a home while being 2400 miles away.
