Met my expectations for what a realtor should do

If I could give Mark 10 stars I would. My family decided to move to Florida from the West Coast after doing our research. Next step was finding a realtor to work with to find properties in the area we wanted to buy in. I found Mark on Yelp and never once regretted our decision. Our plan did not call for us to actually buy and move for about 9-10 months. But Mark wasn't deterred by our lack of immediate commitment. He set us up on the home search engines and filled our in-box with homes that fit our criteria for months. Yes months. Over time, we changed our requirements and Mark updated things on his end. After six months of emails and phone calls, we finally made a trip to the area to look at the homes we were interested in most. Mark spent Spring Break driving us all around Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee. He educated us on the various builds in the area and things we needed to consider with each home, from exterior maintenance, HOA concerns to potential improvement costs. Honestly, in over 20 years of buying and selling homes, I've never worked with a realtor that didn't try to push me into the first or most expensive home I toured regardless of my needs. But Mark was different. I never felt like he was blowing smoke my way. He really wants you know what you are getting into and help you find the home that best meets your needs. He wants you to be a happy client. He is responsive, sharp, informative, persuasive and frankly a nice and funny guy. This is not a retirement gig for him nor the only thing he knows business wise. And when we finally were ready to make an offer, he did a great job with the negotiations. He was able to put us in contact with a broker and insurance guys and everything we needed to close on a home while being 2400 miles away. And he helped us close in under the estimated timeline on a beautiful home in Ponte Vedra Beach. Give Mark a call if you want someone that looks out for you.

Mark was great! He was always available when we needed him, even when he was busy on vacation! Always available to answer questions, back us up, and provide feedback/input throughout the whole process.

Mark is awesome! Makes sure everything runs smoothly. Very knowledgeable and will no doubt get you the best deal possible! Won't ever use anybody else!

Once we got the photos back (which was rather quickly I might add) he put our home online and within 8 days of our listing we had a full price offer!
