I would like to highlight a specific scenario that makes Cindy stand out. I bought a historic home in Avondale at the height of the post COVID run on real estate. This was the time that each home had 10+ offers on day one of posting and everything was selling for way over asking price. The home I eventually acquired was up for sale for over a month before we closed on it. This was unheard of at the time and goes to show that this home was a difficult sell.
