Dwight (Dewey) Skyers with the Florida Coastal Team went above and beyond in helping us sell our home in Murray Hill quickly as part of our international relocation. Dewey was friendly, proactive, supportive, and great with communication. Our home sold in less than a week for the asking price and he helped throughout the process of getting it ready for showings, inspections, and communicating with repair contractors when we needed to be out of town. He made what can be a very stressful experience run as smoothly as possible and showed he really cared about us. He came highly recommended by a colleague in the area whose home he also helped sell when she relocated out of state, and we will also highly recommend him to others.

Dwight was very attentive and professional. He was ready with answers every time we had questions. Always thorough and thoughtful whenever we visited homes. Dwight made sure everything was taken care of to help the sale of our home successful.

Finding the perfect new home for an 83-year old widower and his 35-year old son with special needs takes a unique skill especially in a strange city. Add in the varied needs and interests of such a family and the search becomes a real challenge. Nevertheless, Dwight, or Dewey as he prefers, succeeded in finding the perfect spot and negotiating the best price. Dewey is not only a thoroughly professional Realtor but has become a good, dependable friend.

Cindy is a top notch realtor in the Jacksonville area. I have used her a few times in the buying and selling of my homes and the experience is always excellent. She has extensive knowledge in both real estate and property management, so she masterfully guides you through the process and offers unique insights and suggestions. All of my homes have been older (circa 1920s), which present unique challenges and considerations. Cindy is an EXPERT in historic homes! If you are considering buying or selling an older home, do yourself a favor and contact Cindy. She has the experience to get the deal done quickly! I would like to highlight a specific scenario that makes Cindy stand out. I bought a historic home in Avondale at the height of the post COVID run on real estate. This was the time that each home had 10+ offers on day one of posting and everything was selling for way over asking price. The home I eventually acquired was up for sale for over a month before we closed on it. This was unheard of at the time and goes to show that this home was a difficult sell. Fast forward a year or so later and I had to put this home up for sale. The market had cooled off in a major way and the interest rates shot back up. The odds of an easy selling process were stacked against me. Of course, I contacted Cindy. She came in with a plan and asked me to trust her. We altered some things and she masterfully staged it. We held an open house the first weekend it was on the market. Within 3 days we had an offer above asking price! So, if you are wondering how to sell a home in a challenging market quicker than in a seller's market, contact Cindy! She'll take care of it.

This was my first time purchasing a home alone. I needed an agent I could trust in my corner. Cindy listened to my specific needs and promptly answered my calls and provided daily updates. She handled the negotiations with a friendly but strong approach. I could relax knowing she understood my financial boundaries and yet still secure the home that best suited me. I hope not to move again, but if I do, I will certainly contact Cindy again.
