Rush was an absolute blessing in this process. From the very first conversation, he showed a level of care, attention, and genuine investment that you just don’t see often. He wasn’t just responsive, he was present. Every question, every concern, every late‑night “are we crazy?” moment… he was there with clarity and calm. What truly set him apart was the depth of his research. He dug into details most agents would never think to check, and that gave us a sense of confidence we didn’t expect to feel in such a big decision. And yes, we know calling it a “dream home” sounds cliché , we joked about it the whole time, but that’s exactly what he helped us find. The place we’d pictured for years. We’re deeply grateful for everything Rush did for us. He didn’t just help us buy a house. He helped us start the next chapter of our lives with certainty, excitement, and peace.

Jeff was helpful in assisting with referrals for repairs needed from the home inspection and was instrumental in the negotiations with the buyers.

I met Shannon through a referral from my gay coworker Matt. He is the sassiest bit** I have ever met. Just never happy with anything. But he was absolutely thrilled with Shannon when he bought his house so I figured she had to be good. She was patient and responsive. It is a little more challenging than you would think. At first you scroll through listings just blasting off text messages of houses that you like but you can’t realistically look at every house. She helped me figure out and list the things that I wanted in my first home. That in turn, helped me narrow the search and find the house I wanted. So I highly recommend Shannon. And Shannon, if you get to read this review, thank you for all of your hard work. I still absolutely love the house.
