Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity. Mike is also very knowledgeable about home builds and points out any deficiencies that he sees. It was a great experience working with Mike!

Mike was excellent to work with in the journey to obtaining our home! He did a great job listening to what we wanted and when that changed, he was more then willing and capable to pivot and point us in the right direction. He was quick to respond and made the time to look at houses even on short notice. When things got stressful he would lighten the mood with a joke and a positive outlook.
