Ms. Kristi Amendola was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the purchase of our home at 574 Banks Drive. Ms. Amendola knew from our discussions that we wanted to downsize from a large house with a lot of property to a smaller condominium. She also knew that we did not want to live in a shoe box. She asked us about what size in square feet we would be comfortable living in, how many stories we wanted and if a garage was important. We gave her our must haves and things that would be nice but could also live without. She promptly started scouring all listings in the areas we wanted and the price point we decided upon. She came up with an extensive list and the search began. Ms. Amendola was always available to take us to a listing, especially when a new listing came on the marked to make sure we had time to see it before it was taken by another buyer. The home that we ended up falling for was only on the marked for a few hours and we were the first to see it. We told Kristi then and there that this was the one we wanted and she began the arduous process of notifying the selling agent, securing a contract, haggling over the price contacting the management company and obtaining the rules/regulations of the community. Ms. Amendola did not stop until we were completely satisfied with everything. To add icing on the cake, she did manage to find a condo that hit every must have and a large number of would be nice to have.
