Kristi found us the perfect beach condo! She was willing to spend a whole weekend showing us many properties. She shared her knowledge of the area and was honest about different areas not wanting to lead us to a poor decision just to make a commission. Since the sale she has gone above and beyond to make sure I had access after a late flight coming in. She went ahead of time to make sure the key could be found, turned on the lights to welcome me home and even adjust the A/C to be sure it was set to the perfect temperature for me! She has continued to reach out since the closing to check in! She is the best!

Ms. Kristi Amendola was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the purchase of our home at 574 Banks Drive. Ms. Amendola knew from our discussions that we wanted to downsize from a large house with a lot of property to a smaller condominium. She also knew that we did not want to live in a shoe box. She asked us about what size in square feet we would be comfortable living in, how many stories we wanted and if a garage was important. We gave her our must haves and things that would be nice but could also live without. She promptly started scouring all listings in the areas we wanted and the price point we decided upon. She came up with an extensive list and the search began. Ms. Amendola was always available to take us to a listing, especially when a new listing came on the marked to make sure we had time to see it before it was taken by another buyer. The home that we ended up falling for was only on the marked for a few hours and we were the first to see it. We told Kristi then and there that this was the one we wanted and she began the arduous process of notifying the selling agent, securing a contract, haggling over the price contacting the management company and obtaining the rules/regulations of the community. Ms. Amendola did not stop until we were completely satisfied with everything. To add icing on the cake, she did manage to find a condo that hit every must have and a large number of would be nice to have. She was wonderful and kept us fully informed every step of the way and was always there to answer our phone calls and/or texts. A true professional

Ms. Kristi Amendola walked both of us through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. We sat down with her and told her what our intentions were and what had to be done to accomplish them. She promptly set about getting statistics of what was bought and sold in our neighborhood and in surrounding neighborhoods. She put together a list of what our home had in relationship to other comparable homes that were our competition and how to arrive at a price that was both appealing to us and interested parties. She held a number of successful open houses, in fact the couple that ended up buying our home did view the property at on of the open houses. She guided us in pointers on making our home more appealing during showings and had a number of printed copies of all the improvements we had done to the home after we moved in. Her mind was always coming up with new and innovated ways to bring interested parties in to view the home, going as far as to show the home on websites throughout the country. The couple that did buy the home are from out of state. Ms. Amendola was with us every step of the way and kept us fully informed on what people liked or disliked about our home. The information that she kept us appraised of was instrumental in selling our home.
