Seriously, I'm going to be casual and blunt here. This guy is amazing, not just because he's insanely knowledgeable, but he's kind. There were times I know it made things harder for him and he always put our needs ahead of everything without even having to be asked. He took care of us and refused to allow us to settle and helped build our confidence. Beyond sales, he taught us so much about the housing market that it made a daunting experience more approachable. This man treats his clients like family, and won't do anything for you he wouldn't trust with his own home. His network of people were just as kind and patient and just...I never thought going through home buying could be NOT scary. The first house he toured with me wasn't the one we ended up getting, but I'm grateful every day I chose that house on that day and had Parker come into our lives. I don't think it's possible for me to recommend him more! If you are a first home buyer, a millennial, someone who thinks it isn't possible for you to have a great home you love and not eat ramen forever, Parker makes sure you know your worth and that homes are for everyone.
