Ellis is professional, knowledgeable, and is a hard worker. We live out of town and he helped find the best home for us by sending us videos, researching comps, looking at flood zones, etc. And, he is an all around pleasant fellow to be around, too. We will use him in the future!
My experience with Ellis was exceptional from the get go. He is thorough, attentive, and genuinely has your best interest. My first time meeting him he not only picked me up, drove me to each listing we planned to look at but was very prepared with a printed pamphlet of all of the listings we were looking at, in order, and had a hot latte ready to go. I’ve never worked with an agent that goes so above and beyond for his clients- even after closing he is still there if you need him. I can call him with questions and he responds in a timely manner, even on weekends. I will never use another realtor and couldn’t recommend him more!
We had the privilege of working with Ellis on a cross country move. Ellis was referred to us by our selling agent in Texas and had the challenge of connecting with us, learning our likes and holding us steady when we changed our minds. We ended up meeting on July 4th weekend and Ellis not only sacrificed his holiday weekend, but he made us feel incredibly welcome as he introduced us to our beautiful new town.
