From the first call to closing, Rita was there for us. We always felt like her number one priority. She is knowledgeable and highly professional. She did no miss a beat with any of our request or expectations. Always prepared! Always kind and considerate of our needs. Ahi is a true advocate for us all the way to closing. We love Rita and highly recommend her!!!

Rita knew what we wanted in a house and the type of area we wanted to live in. She did not suggest or show houses that were over our purchase price range. She always communicated clearly and in a timely manner. My wife and I were impressed with her personal touch of trying to meet our needs and desires. It never felt like she was trying to get a sell. Her kindness and desire to help us find the right house and location was so genuine.

Rita is an absolute treasure of an agent we found back in 2012 when looking for our first home. We were so appreciative of her communication, and explanations of the whole process in a way that was clear, non-assuming, but not condescending to us as young home buyers. She has so much knowledge of the housing market and property management, which was an invaluable resource to us looking for the right, QUALITY home for our stage of life. We have utilized her expertise 3 times since that first purchase, and her capabilities of walking us through the home selling process proved to be just as trustworthy and valuable. We would (and have!) recommend Rita to anyone looking for a professional agent who truly cares. She became a family friend as our family has grown and changed over the years.
