My wife and I contacted John about a new construction home in the Charleston area. After a phone conversation, we visited the area with John, and we immediately knew that he was both a consummate professional and a wonderful person. We found the home and community that we wanted, and John was there for us every step of the way. Over the eight months it took to build the house, John provided us with updates and videos every week (since we were out of town), and he made the whole experience a pleasure. John was very knowledgable of the areas in Charleston that I was interesed in and provided feedback on each home that I wanted to visit. John also was very helpful navigating the hot Charleston market and when I was ready to make an offer, he got right on it, even though it was in the evening.
