First off, he sold our home in one day for full price. And he negotiated a purchase price that was comfortable for us on the home that we just purchased. I can’t put into words how smooth everything went with him. We are extremely grateful. It has been my dream since I was a child to live on the water and have my own dock and boatlift and he made that a reality. Very grateful.
