She started off with asking a lot of questions about what we wanted. Then took us to different properties in the area in our price range, and area's that we wanted to live in. We went to Margaritaville and found the home of our dreams. We had the house we wanted built, and have moved in as of the middle of March. She was with us every step of the way, from the framing, to the final walk thru, to closing, also sending us pictures and videos of the progress of the building of the house since we lived 9 hours away. Amy is such a wonderful realtor and person! She is so kind and willing to go out of her way to make your home dreams come true. We looked for a home for 6+ months with Amy and she was relentless. She would take it upon herself to tour properties we didn’t think we’d like and send us videos so that we could be well informed. She was able to help with tough negotiations that led to the purchase of our home at a very fair price, well below asking. She connected us with contractors, inspectors, fence builders etc to help make the process as seamless as possible. She wasn’t even phased by our crazy toddlers threatening to wreak havoc on the countless properties we toured! We are so lucky to have found Amy, and we are looking forward to having her over to lounge on our expansive porch once our projects are complete!
