Kristina is absolutely the best! From the beginning of the process until the end, she addressed all of my needs and concerns. Her response time was always immediate which was important to me because of how hectic my life can be as a judge. If I had a question I didn’t have to wait long for an answer. Once I told her what I was looking for, she “dived right in” and helped find exactly what I wanted. Kristina’s knowledge about the market was vital in securing an amazing deal on my home, in a premier “golf course” neighborhood. I “walked through the front door” with a huge amount of equity. She was with me every step of the way. Her dedication to me, as her client, was one of the many things that really stood out to me about Kristina. She gave me honest opinions on the homes that I looked at as it relates to not only the home itself (which she has a keen eye) but also matters that would impact my daily life such the neighborhoods and surrounding areas, the nearby amenities (shopping, parks, schools) measuring traffic and congestion for my daily commute and thinking down the road about if I ever decide to sell my new home. She never tried to steer me into a direction to just earn a fee. On the day of closing, she was extremely sick but drove three hours just to be by my side as I signed off on the paperwork. She’s truly amazing and a joy to work with. To top it all off, the weekend after I closed, I got six of my friends to help me move and she sent us pizza- everyone there ask me “What kind of agent did you get” and wanted her contact info if they ever decided to buy/sell. I can’t say enough about Kristina Delgado. I’m renting my old house but when I sell it, I’m going to her. When I buy my next home, I’ll have her by my side! She’s passionate about her job but more importantly she’s passionate about her clients because she realizes that they are “real people” and how special a home is to them and their families.
