I had an excellent experience working with Linda Strickland on the property at 155 Castle Ct, Kings Mountain, NC. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy to understand and kept me informed every step of the way. Real estate transactions can sometimes be stressful, but they handled everything smoothly and made the experience a very positive one. I truly appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. Victoria was not afraid of the challenge and immediately was ready to move forward with representing  me and the property.  During the process, Victoria was communicating regularly with updates. The property received several legitimate offers on the first day of listing. Part of my criteria was the need for a quick sale, as I live out of the state. Initially, we thought it would be a smooth and quick transition but the buyers legal representation appeared weak in contract law.  Victoria  was dismayed and stepped in with a suggestion of a skilled attorney for my (seller) representation. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.  

From the first phone call to the completion of the closing and discussions about referrals, for contacts to help with things that might be needed for our new home in the future, Kelly made the process which is extreamly complicated seam easy. Kelly helped with establishing the areas that met our intrest in moving from Charlotte to Gaston county. Her knowledge of the area was amazing. Helping narrow our search in a short period of time. We saw the communication style accomplish the negotiations for our offer on our new home. Having been in our old home many years was not a easy process for us and Kelly's knowledge and professionalism was exempliry. We hope to live in our new home for a long time, but if we ever find ourselves need the sell of buy a home we would not look for anyone else to assist us.
