Chris helped us buy a house while we were in California. I was working with both a real estate agent and a mortgage broker before I came started getting in touch with Chris. I was very unhappy with them both. As soon as Chris started sending me information and listings I knew I have met a competent agent in him. To say that he helped me with every step of the way and offered valuable opinions and insights is an understatement and doing him injustice; no, doing him wrong. Chris could have sold us any house and made his money, but he didn't do that, he was patient with us until we found the right size, neighborhood, school for our daughter. there were days that we went back and forth on the phone several times a night. he was would call back, email, or text within 5 minutes of my questions, sometimes very late at night when most people do not answer their phones near midnight. there were times when I fell in love with a property and i thought it was a great deal, and due to his extensive knowledge of the area, he would point out things that me reassess my commitment on such property. I recommended him to my parents when they are ready to move to North Carolina and my wife likewise to all her family and office friends leaving California.
