Throughout the entire process, Erika, along with her assistant Kate went above and beyond all of our expectations. With such a distance between FL and NC, Erika handled every aspect of the process from contacting contractors to perform needed repairs to going out to the property when the AC and Pest control people serviced the property. I mean, Erika did it all and I could not be more pleased. She and Kate kept my wife and I up to date on what was happening and what to expect during the entire process. What I originally thought was going to be a nightmarish scenario for me, Erika made the whole experience quite pleasant and definitely stress free.
