I have known Joyce Presley for nearly 25 years. We worked together when I was a real estate broker from 2002 until 2008. I chose Joyce to list my deceased mother’s property in 2014, because I was no longer an active broker. It was a very difficult time & Joyce was always there for me no matter what I needed. She even explained very difficult and detailed situations to my demanding siblings when I was unable to do so because of grief. Not only is Joyce very knowledgeable & experienced in every facet of real estate, she also has a heart of gold & a personable bedside manner that is comparable to none! Somehow, Joyce seems to know someone in every imaginable field within real estate to help get something done in a hurry and within a budget. She has helped me find people to replace a roof, haul off trash, test well water, fix carpet, lay tile, replace a water heater (on a Sunday!) and on and on. So when it came time to sell a rental property that my husband and I owned, there was no question who we were going to choose. And this property was a nightmare as it was in terrible shape, and we didn’t have any money to fix it up. Joyce wound up selling the property in record time going above and beyond the call of duty to get us a good price and close a transaction that was very difficult as we had a buyer who was not honest and that transaction was pulled from the jaws of defeat by Joyce Presley more times than I can count. She is truly a resourceful and caring real estate broker. I cannot imagine having to go through such a difficult sale with anyone else but Joyce, so when it came time to list our personal home for sale and to buy another home in North Carolina, we chose Joyce Presley again! This will be the third and fourth property Joyce has helped us with in the last 10 years and we have no regrets and nothing but praise for her selfless and tireless efforts to bring each transaction to a successful close. Tyler was great in every possible way! His advice and assistance made this process (I've never sold a home before) one of the easiest things I've ever done. I hardly lifted a finger, other than to pack and move! Tyler was very professional and knew his stuff. He communicated through the entire process and never left me guessing what was happening or going on. He did his research and advised of the best selling price and the home sold right away!
