She is very consistent with sharing relevant listings, make suggestions and does not hesitate to give honest critiques after showings. Second, Qulia is very patient, persistent and flexible! she works around your schedule and will keep showing you houses as long as you are available. Third- she is always punctual and efficient. She was always at the showings before we arrived. This made us see more houses within short time. Lastly, Qulia is considerate! I have worked with realtors before who were only interested in selling fast and getting their sale %. She waits and show houses till you decide on what you want. Infact Qulia bought home insurance out of pocket to protect our house first few months. Qulia Brunson is my first choice in Charlotte if I was to purchase a home again.
