Tanya stayed right on top of all the paperwork involved, questions we had about services for the area, updates on the property and everything else. We had conversations either by text, email, phone and in person all through the buying process. Tanya is very knowledgeable about the properties shown even those that were not her personal listings. She has a very pleasant attitude and was a pleasure to work with. We will be recommending her to others looking for property in Northern South Carolina.

Tanya was very knowledgeable, especially about the different builders in the area. Was quick to point out areas of high flood risk and which areas might see a greater chance of flooding in the future. Provided a keen eye when viewing homes to make sure there wouldn't be an unnoticed issue which could cause problems in the future. Was very responsive and accommodating, which wasn't easy as was an out of town buyer with little notice when be available to come look at houses. Couldn't recommend a better agent.

Tanya Chmilewski helped us secure our first investment property in the Myrtle Beach area. This was no easy task as we are out of state buyers and everything had to be done virtually. Tanya handled everything with ease and was able to find and secure us the perfect oceanfront condo for us. We highly recommend working with Tanya - she is knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to talk to. We will absolutely use her if we purchase in this area again.

Dervilla stayed by our sidefor the entire process, introducing us to us to some fantastic Associates who helped every step of the way she made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable so much so that when we decided to sell our first property and buy a second one in a different location once again she stepped up to the plate, helped with all the background work stayed on top of every aspect of the sale of the previous condo in the purchase of the new one and once again went seamless we appreciate everything she does she is an amazing realtor that is very committed and will not drop the ball. Dervilla represented us as a buyers agent and a sellers agent and did a five star job with both would highly recommend her and her company.

Dervilla worked with me both to sell my home and to find me a new one after my wife passed away. While I was preparing to sell, she never rushed the process of sorting through my belongings and always seemed to be there when I needed support or a gentle nudge. She worked very hard to showcase my offering and provided sound guidance when I got a bid. When I was ready to find a new home, her actions made it obvious that she knows how to make a client happy. She finds a way to satisfy her client’s needs and desires instead of trying to “sell.” She listened to me when I told her my “must have” and “would like to have” lists and she stuck to them. She even helped me crystallize some of my ideas that weren’t fully formed. She provided sound guidance when it came time to make an offer, just as she did in selling my house. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

Working with DERVILLA BUCCI was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling a condo at the Marina Inn Resort comes with its own unique challenges, but she handled every detail with professionalism, expertise, and confidence. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and positioned the property perfectly. Her marketing strategy was exceptional—highlighting the lifestyle, views, and amenities that make marina properties so special. As a result, we attracted strong interest quickly and secured a great offer. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. I always felt informed, supported, and confident that everything was being handled smoothly. She was proactive, responsive, and always one step ahead, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. What truly stood out was her dedication and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale, and it showed in the final result. I highly recommend DERVILLA BUCCI to anyone looking to buy or sell, especially for waterfront or resort properties. Her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment make all the difference. Thank-YOU, DERVILLA!!!
