Chris is great to work with! So far he has helped my sister and I sell 2 out of the 3 condos we inherited from our parents. He is very knowledgeable and has great advice on how to price competitively while getting the best deal for us. He is in constant contact with us on updates, but not overwhelmingly so. We’ll continue to work with Chris to get our last condo sold and I would definitely use him for any future purchases!

Kristi found us the perfect beach condo! She was willing to spend a whole weekend showing us many properties. She shared her knowledge of the area and was honest about different areas not wanting to lead us to a poor decision just to make a commission. Since the sale she has gone above and beyond to make sure I had access after a late flight coming in. She went ahead of time to make sure the key could be found, turned on the lights to welcome me home and even adjust the A/C to be sure it was set to the perfect temperature for me! She has continued to reach out since the closing to check in! She is the best!

Rick was great. We didn’t know much about the area and contacted him online. He was the only realtor I reached out to who got back to us and was within minutes. He was HONEST and made great recommendations. He was responsive and willing to working with us remotely and do showings via FaceTime etc on short notice.
