Donna Thomas utilized all her expert marketing skills in listing our home. She personally took outstanding pictures of our home, which were of the highest professional quality. She kept us informed, and we followed her recommendations which got our home sold faster than we expected or could imagine. She is a dedicated realtor that will sell your home quicker, and for, far more than you list or anticipate. We couldn’t have asked for more from her.

Working with Donna Thomas was absolutely wonderful. She was so responsive when I would send her additional homes that I wanted to view. She really took the time and care to offer viewings that would fit our needs. It's refreshing to find someone that really cares to get to know you and find the right home for you. My husband and I are so grateful to Donna for helping us find out forever home.

We love Donna! We have used her knowledge and abilities to buy our home and sell it. We bought our first South Carolina home in 2017 and she was instrumental in helping us find what we were looking for and relocate from another state. She then helped a family member buy a condo in Little River. She also helped us with our current new home. As a native of Myrtle Beach she is extremely knowledgeable about the area. Her friendly and outgoing personality makes her instantly likeable. She patiently answers questions and if she doesn't know the answer (which is extremely rare) she will quickly find it out for you. We will always consider Donna to be number 1 and will highly recommend her services in the future!
